Absolutely incredible vintage 1990s dress by Berit Steffin. Perhaps it could also be considered a form of a vest, this hybrid dress features the most interesting and intricate web knit with fuzzy thread fringe throughout. The web knit has some stretch and ability to expand. Tank straps. This dress ties at the left side for closure. This piece cuts in after waist, creating open sides at the upper thigh and tapering downward in the front and back. An epic piece!
